Postgraduate and with MBA in Marketing from ESPM, Rumi has built more than 20 years of professional experience developed in areas such as marketing, retail, product, strategic planning, price, after-sales, sales, new business and field operations. With certifications in innovation, management and digital transformation by Harvard University, it brings with it a diversified trajectory and a comprehensive strategic vision focused on innovation, strongly consolidated in the automotive and telecommunications segments.
Over the years, it has gone through major names in the industry such as General Motors, Toyota do Brasil and Lexus, CAOA and CAOA Chery, VIVO, Reed Exhibitions and Usadosbr, Brazil accumulating extensive experience in management, product and service development in different markets, digital transformation, customer journey and development of commercial partnerships – all, skills you want to bring to Lecar. “Good leadership, driven by high performance and adaptability to different scenarios, is crucial to drive teams and the company towards success. In an automotive scenario that is rapidly changing, mainly due to the various technologies currently available, the proposal to take this vision to Lecar is a great challenge that I have the honor of treading”, emphasizes Rumi.
